Visitorsareguided to booths in a natural fashion, using routing waypoints–there’s no need to constantly look down at the screen.Indoor navigationThe MapUme positioning system can run using ourcloud-basedsystem (Nicore) or untethered, running independently onthe device.The system took first place in the ‘infrastructure-free”categoryat the International Indoor Positioning Competition inApril 2014,organized by Microsoft at IPSN Berlin.Our state-of-the-art Wi-Fi-based solution is available now,andcontinuous localization using BLE 4.0 beacons (iBeacons) willbedemonstrated in July 2014. We also have seamless outdoorGPSintegration for outdoor events such as garden andagriculturalshows.
